We are lucky to be able to source a scant few tons from Mendocino's famous Weir Vineyard for several years running. The almost continental climate of the Yorkville Highlands combined with rigorous farming create a wine of ethereal grace and underlying tension.
Aromas of dusky raspberry, hints of cola, and spicy lotus blossom. On the palate expect to find a middleweight wine, with surprisingly lush fruit and chiseled tannins preceding a lingering finish. Aged in 20% New French Oak.
