2012 Tensley 'Colson Canyon Vineyard' Syrah - $44.99/38.24

94-96+ Points, Wine Advocate: "I wasn't able to taste through a full lineup of Tensley's 2012, but what I was about to taste was certainly impressive. Overflowing with fruit and texture, the 2012 Syrah Colson Canyon has a stacked mid-palate, sweet tannin and a seamless, pure feel that I suspect will be hard to resist in its youth yet also age gracefully. It should certainly compete with, if not surpass, the fantastic 2011. In short, don't miss this wine. Drink 2014-2027."
2012 Bench Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir - $24.99/$21.24

Tremendous Pinot Noir fruit from the flawless and ideal 2012 growing season realizes this delightful Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. Grapes were primarily harvested from the Sangiacomo Amaral Ranch Vineyard and were gently extracted during fermentation on native yeast. The wine was then aged for seven months in 30% new French oak before bottling. From the winery: "Bright ruby color, this wine offers intense floral and raspberry aromas. In the mouth the wine has a good intensity with darker earth flavors and bright raspberry fruit. Fine tannins add structure and balance to a long finish."
2012 Kofererhof Alto Adige Pinot Grigio - $29.99/$25.49

"Gunter Kerschbaumer is an unusually talented young man who makes some of Italy's best white wines. Unbelievably good Pinot Grigio, Sylvaner, Muller-Thurgau and Kerner arise from splendidly situated vineyards at close to 700 meters above sea level. These are wines that will put to rest any preconceived notions you may have on those grapes. His riesling is quickly becoming one of the best Italian examples of this variety as well." -- International Wine Cellar, Mar/April 2008
NV Clotilde Davenne Cremant de Bourgogne Brut Extra - $24.99/$21.24

91 Pts John Gilman - View from the Cellar "Clotilde Davenne is a full-time winemaker at a well-known Chablis estate, but she moonlights on her small, 8.5 hectare Crémant de Bourgogne project in the Yonne. Her non-vintage Extra Brut is really very fine, offering up a very Champagne-like nose of green apple, pink grapefruit, warm bread and a touch of lime peel. On the palate the wine is bright and bouncy, with a fine core of fruit, impressive complexity, and a long, crisp and soil-driven finish. This is truly outstanding sparkling wine and an absolute steal! 2012-2020."
