A crisp and rich, yet wonderfully elegant sparkling wine, epitomizing the style of one of the greatest sparkling wine producers in the world. The approach to making it is exemplary and unique. Consisting of 75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Blanc from a special selection of 134 specific vines. Each variety is vinified separately and blended together with at least 20% of reserve wines from the best vintages. After 28 months of aging, the style of the Cuvee Prestige is realized. This bottling was disgorged on the Winter of 2010. A magnificent sparkling wine and the most affordable from this great producer, whose artisanal methods and obsession to quality is reminiscent of Krug in Champagne.
