This is a Malbec that any red wine lover will instantly fall in love with! About the Winery Bodegas Catena Zapata began 100 years ago in the Mendoza region of Argentina. Four generations of the Catena family have run the winery. In 1994, Catena Alta became one of the first premium Malbecs that were exported from Argentina. Malbec from this winery is aged in French oak, 70% of which is new. The wine displays the power and ageing potential of the Mendoza region.

About the Wine The 2012 Cherry Cove Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is really a no-brainer. This is a gorgeous Pinot Noir at a great price point. The wine opens with notes of fresh lavender and plum jam on the nose. The palate delivers red cherry and strawberry flavors and lingering floral tones. We can't recommend this Pinot Noir enough...it is fabulous! About the Winery Coleman Vineyard was initially planted in 1991 and sits in the Coast Range foothills of Yamhill County in the Willamette Valley. It consists of 13.5 acres of Pinot Noir and 9 acres of Pinot Gris. The vineyard sees hot summer days and cool evening temperatures. The temperature variation and volcanic soils contribute to the unique characteristics of the wine.
