From the Chardonnay grape variety, this blend from 7 villages is representative of our domain. This multi-millésime vintage is made from the 2011 and 2012 harvest and is aged in oak barrels. The Champagne experienced a full malolactic fermentation. The Champagne was bottled in May 2013. This beautiful Champagne rested on the lees for 3 years and was turned manually.
